Latest news: You can now search your Gmail messages directly from Google Search

Google is famous for constantly improving its services with new features, and we’re positive that you remember Hangouts for Gmail that we covered not a while ago. Speaking of new features, it seems that Google will bring some improvement to Google Search.

During the small event that took place in San Francisco, Google’s Director of Product Management and Universal Search, Sagar Kamdar, revealed that Google might bring Gmail to Google Search. As you know, Gmail is Google’s largest service next to the Google Search, so combining those two services might be a good idea. According to the reports, this feature allows you to search both the web and your email for specific keywords or contacts, so it works on a similar way as Personalized Google Search.

This feature is available in trial mode, and if you have a Gmail account, you can sign in for a test run. Although this feature sounds interesting, we’re hoping that Google will keep it optional.
